Gas South has an extensive portfolio of pipeline and storage capacity we use to provide firm, variable and hybrid service to wholesale business partners across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Gulf Coast and Midwest. We have an in-house supply team that trades and schedules physical gas, and it manages gas storage and pipeline transportation capacity.
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Cobb EMC, a not-for-profit, member-owned electric cooperative and one of the largest distribution cooperatives in the country. This relationship means we have the financial backing and long-term perspective to better serve utilities, producers and other capital-intensive energy infrastructure operators.
